In no event shall the creators, developers, or distributors of this Software be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

The Software may involve the collection, storage, and processing of sensitive personal and employee information, including but not limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers, mobile numbers, GPS coordinates, and other tracking information. By accessing or using the Software via the web app, or mobile app, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of this data across all platforms. The handling of such personal data will be subject to compliance with the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius. Users are responsible for ensuring that any personal data processed through the Software is collected, stored, and used in accordance with the principles and obligations outlined in the Act, including but not limited to the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the security and privacy of personal data on all platforms, the developers and distributors of this Software make no guarantees regarding the confidentiality, integrity, or security of such data, including GPS coordinates and tracking information. The developers are not responsible for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of personal data arising from the use of the Software, whether accessed through the web app or mobile applications.

Users must ensure they have obtained proper consent from employees and any other data subjects before collecting or processing their personal data, as required by the Data Protection Act 2017. This includes consent for the collection of GPS and tracking information where applicable, and across all platforms (web and mobile). Failure to comply with data protection laws, including cross-border data transfers, data retention policies, and the rights of data subjects, is the sole responsibility of the user. By accessing and using the Software via the web app, or mobile app, you agree to these terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection laws in Mauritius, including the Data Protection Act 2017, as well as acknowledging and consenting to the collection and use of GPS coordinates and tracking data where applicable.
